Cancellation Fee Payments
In the event that an Eligible Person cancels an appointment with an allied health professional, the customer will pay Connect2Health in accordance with the following:
Fee Applicable | Time |
50% of the Fee | Cancellation <24 hours from appointment |
50% of the Fee | No show at the appointment |
No Fee is payable | Cancellation >24 hours from appointment |
